Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You are tech-savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests while ensuring safety and sanitation.

You will welcome Guests, monitor attractions, assist with redemption questions, perform minor repairs, and partner with the Technical Team to report wear or damage. Availability for days, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!).
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things.
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!).
• Welcoming and engaging with all Guests, acting as an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitoring Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to stay stocked, clean and safe.
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Keeping games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Reporting wear-and-tear or damage to games with the Technical Team.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
