Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You will be tech-savvy, friendly, and ready to create FUN memories for Guests by knowing our games and entertainment options and offering recommendations based on interests.

You will monitor events, safety protocols, and provide redemption assistance, while performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties and partnering with the Technical Team for maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and enthusiasm for Guests.
• Savvy with technology and willing to learn new things.
• Teamwork is essential to success.
• Able to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities to ensure games and areas are stocked, clean, and safe.
• Provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for Guests.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag gear.
• Report wear-and-tear to the Technical Team as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards and be an ambassador of FUN.
• Engage with Guests and participate in opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
