Job summary

Main Event Entertainment seeks a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You’ll engage Guests, know our games, and suggest fun options while keeping safety and cleanliness top of mind.

You will monitor attractions like Laser Tag and Gravity Ropes, stock and clean games, and assist with point redemptions. Flexible days/evenings/weekends are required, with a supportive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong guest-service orientation and outgoing, friendly demeanor.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Effective communication with management, team members and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging Guests and promoting FUN.
• Monitoring activities (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Rock Climbing) for safety and stock.
• Providing exceptional service and redeeming rewards for Guests.
• Assisting Guests with questions on point redemption.
• Performing minor repairs to games and equipment.
• Reporting wear-and-tear to the Technical Team.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
