Job summary

Main Event is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to drive fun on the games floor. You will support Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Escape Rooms, and other attractions, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and operating safely while helping Guests redeem prizes.

You’ll use guest-first service, learn our games and entertainment options, and collaborate with a Technical Team to report issues. The role may require day, night, and weekend shifts at our center.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong guest-service orientation and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Ability to work with a team and collaborate with management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities to ensure games are stocked, clean, and safe.
• Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Assist guests with questions about prize redemption.
• Perform minor repairs on games and equipment as needed.
• Report wear-and-tear to the Technical Team and communicate issues clearly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the games floor.
• Engage with guests and act as a FUN ambassador.
• Fulfill opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
