Job summary

TownePlace Suites North Kingstown, part of Colwen Hotels, is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Associate. You will manage guest registration, reservations and guest information about the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, timely check-in/out, welcoming guests, and maintaining knowledge of hotel policies and local events. Prior hotel experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience, hotel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn computer software and operate property management system.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries during pre-arrival, stay and checkout.
• Provide exceptional guest service and welcome guests warmly.
• Process guest check-in/out and manage reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness and guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and local events.
