Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games seeks a friendly part-time Receptionist to welcome guests and support daily operations. You will handle calls, assist guests, and provide a positive, energetic atmosphere across our venues.

The role requires a positive attitude and ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends. Prior hospitality or guest service experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Desire to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person, email or the telephone.
• Answer the telephone within the 2-ring guideline and follow up on any calls missed.
• Check, respond and disperse voicemails or messages to appropriate persons.
• Screen and route calls for department managers and other management personnel.
• Maintain reception area security and follow safety procedures.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying and transcribing.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
• Create documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Provide friendly and positive guest interactions with a sense of urgency.
• Assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, products and policies.
