Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a part-time Host to greet guests, seat them, and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, guiding guests to seating areas, and coordinating with food and amusements teams to ensure smooth service.

Candidates should be friendly, upbeat, and sociable, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, seat parties, and provide information about the restaurant and Andretti experiences.
• Assist with delivering food to guests and support bussing, setup, and cleaning of tables.
• Follow safety guidelines, monitor guest interactions, and handle guest recovery to ensure positive experiences.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and teammates; perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
