Job summary

Cullman Regional is seeking an entry-level Food Service worker to execute recipes, support sanitation, and clean equipment. You will follow safety rules and assist with filling in other positions as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires the ability to read and follow written instructions, perform simple arithmetic, and measure ingredients accurately. No prior experience is required, though 6–12 months in food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• No previous experience required.
• 6–12 months' experience in food service and knowledge of recipe execution and sanitation preferred.
• Ability to read and write and to speak and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must read and use simple arithmetic and follow a recipe, measuring accurately.

Responsibilities

• Practice sound sanitation and properly clean equipment.
• Follow safety rules and fill in other job positions as needed.
