P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering meals promptly and courteously.

You will help maintain dining room cleanliness, assist with service stations, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive hospitality. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; you must be 18+, have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where applicable, and stand for shifts while lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dine-in service.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Transport dirty dishes to dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and report issues.
• Follow policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating, phones, and takeout packaging.
• Assist beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required.
