Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Food Runner to assist servers by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests and keeping BOH areas clean, organized, and stocked. You will ensure items are presented per ticket specifications and help create memorable dining experiences with friendly, personalized service.

Preferred candidates have High school education or equivalent, and may possess ServSafe/TIPS certifications. Previous entry-level restaurant experience is a plus, with strong multitasking and teamwork

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to tables rapidly and accurately.
• Set up outside line with plates, utensils, and napkins.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas.
• Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items.
• Communicate customer feedback to staff and managers.
