Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a Food Runner to deliver food from the kitchen to tables or venue bowling lanes rapidly and accurately. The role connects Front of House and Back of House staff while embodying our core values: Spirit, Courage, Respect, Own It, and Excellence.

Responsibilities include learning all menus, stocking stations, assisting servers and managers, refilling drinks, and ensuring guests have everything they need after delivery.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow directions.
• Meet restaurant health, safety, and excellence standards.
• Courage to remain alert in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Show Spirit when working with BOH and FOH staff.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to move at least 40 pounds.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables or venue lanes.
• Serve as a point of contact between Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Maintain knowledge of all menus including carryout and catering items.
• Stock service stations with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and managers as needed.
• Refill drinks and address guest questions or complaints with management.
• Promote teamwork and aid in moving and installing kegs of beer.
