The Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a Food & Beverage Support Expert to join our guest‑focused team. This on‑call role rotates across Host/Hostess, Server Assistant, Server, and Banquet Server functions to deliver Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Guest Reception & Seating: greet guests, manage reservations, seating, and station charts in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Food & Beverage Service Support: set, clear, and reset tables; deliver food and beverages; provide guest amenities.
• Restaurant & Lounge Service: present menus, describe items, and accommodate guest requests.
• Banquet & Event Support: assist with setup, service, and breakdown of events; ensure spaces meet banquet specs.
• General Responsibilities: respond to guest requests, collaborate with team members, maintain safety and cleanliness.

The Food& Beverage Support Expert is a dynamic, guest-focused role designed to provide operational support across multiple Food& Beverage outlets and events based on business demand. This on‑call position offers the opportunity to rotate between various front‑of‑house responsibilities, including Host/Hostess, Server Assistant, Server, and Banquet Server functions, while delivering exceptional service consistent with Four Seasons standards.

Essential Functions

• Guest Reception & Seating
  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments.
  • Answer telephone calls following Four Seasons standards.
  • Maintain accurate station charts and restaurant cover counts.
  • Accommodate guest preferences whenever possible.
• Food & Beverage Service Support
  • Assist service teams by setting, clearing, and resetting tables.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Provide water, bread, and other guest amenities according to Four Seasons standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
  • Restock linens, china, glassware, silverware, and service supplies.
• Restaurant & Lounge Service
  • Present menu offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Describe menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage selections.
  • Communicate guest requests, dietary restrictions, and special accommodations accurately.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Banquet & Event Support
  • Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions and special events.
  • Ensure event spaces are prepared according to banquet specifications.
  • Deliver attentive and professional service during meetings, receptions, and catered events.
• General Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leaders across Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Follow Four Seasons policies, standards of conduct, and service expectations.
  • Support departmental operations as business levels and staffing needs require.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or customer service experience preferred.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Range: $16.27 to $23.00 plus incentives such as tips, gratuities and service charges
• Additional gratuities and/or service charges may apply when working eligible positions and events.
