Target in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert to deliver a friendly guest experience, manage food and beverage standards, and support daily operations on the sales floor.

You will work in a fast-paced team, greet customers, restock, ensure product freshness, and follow safety procedures while helping guests find items and resolve issues.

Starting hourly rate is 17.25 USD, with a pay range up to 25.90 USD per hour, reflecting the responsibilities and shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
