Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert in Chicago to deliver a friendly guest experience while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will assist guests, replenish merchandise, and support a fast-paced team across the store floor and backroom.

We value flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and you’ll interact with guests using handheld scanners and other technology. Prior food or grocery experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in food or grocery is a plus but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and store technology.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find items to ensure a friendly shopping experience.
• Deliver on commitments to provide a quick, accurate checkout experience when possible.
• Support team members and maintain Food & Beverage standards and safety rules.
• Execute replenishment, inventory checks, and backroom organization as needed.
