Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert to create an easy, inspiring guest experience and support a fast-paced team. You will greet guests, help them find items, and ensure a smooth checkout while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a welcoming attitude and the ability to work independently or with others, including flexible shifts, nights, weekends and holidays. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on handheld scanners and other technology devices
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
