Target is looking for a Food & Beverage Expert to join our San Francisco store team. You will help guests have a friendly, efficient shopping experience while keeping Food & Beverage standards and safety protocols in place.

Experience in food or grocery is preferred, but not required. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 44 pounds, and comfortable using handheld scanners and store tech. Flexible hours and a safety-conscious mindset are expected.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Deliver guest experience across all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage Standards and safety procedures.
• Follow food safety requirements as outlined by Target policies.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Collaborate with vendors to set displays and maintain backroom space.
• Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process accordingly.
• Maintain PPE use and safety guidelines.
• Foster a culture of safety, ethics and compliance.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, OPU and Drive-up.
• Perform other duties as needed per business needs.
