Job summary

You will greet guests, help them find what they need, resolve questions on the spot, and support bakery and store operations while upholding safety standards and clean, inviting displays. Training is provided and a flexible schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other tech.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers as needed.
• Uphold and execute Food & Beverage standards and processes.
