You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and handle routine upkeep tasks across guest rooms and common areas while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Wear brand-standard uniform and protective equipment as required.
• Follow safety guidelines for equipment, guests, and chemicals.
• Perform a wide variety of preventative maintenance duties.
• Inspect and tidy rooms after work and pick up trash property-wide.
• Ensure maintenance equipment is functioning and maintained.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors and window trim as needed.
• Maintain guest laundry, vending and common areas.
