Job summary

Quality Inn- Camarillo is seeking a Maintenance professional to ensure reliable operation of guest rooms and facilities. The role involves regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

You will read manuals, diagrams, and schematics; operate CMMS; collaborate with vendors; maintain records; and respond to urgent maintenance requests while following safety standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in maintenance or related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints & schematics.
• Valid driver’s license & safe operation of maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
• Diagnose & repair malfunctions in facilities & HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records & work orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with vendors/contractors for repairs & projects.
• Ensure safety regulations & hotel policies are followed.
