Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills and communication skills; read and interpret English manuals relating to safety, operations, procedures.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Experience using basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with guests to take food and beverage orders.
• Prepares customer food and beverage orders.
• Provides outstanding customer service and engages in suggestive selling.
• Maintains equipment and performs preventative maintenance or calls for repairs.
• Assists in merchandising functions including display, inventory receiving, stocking, and pricing.
• Performs cash-handling functions using POS systems and daily reporting.
• Ensures F&B outlet and retail operations meet cleanliness and service standards.
