Great Wolf Lodge in Perryville, MD is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Attendant to take guest orders, serve meals, and handle transactions across our quick service outlets. This role emphasizes guest interactions, accuracy, and up-selling in a fast-paced lodge setting.

What you bring: high school level education or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, basic math, and flexibility with scheduling. Training through Great Wolf University and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Some High School education or equivalent is required.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
• Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Proven customer service and communication skills; ability to read and interpret English safety/operational manuals.
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates with guests to take food and beverage orders.
• Prepares customer food and beverage orders.
• Provides outstanding customer service and engages in suggestive selling.
• Maintains equipment, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots breakdowns or calls for repairs.
• Assists in merchandising functions including display, inventory receiving, stocking, and pricing.
• Performs cash-handling functions using POS system and daily reporting.
• Ensures F&B outlet adheres to high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Ensures daily operation of retail outlets adheres to procedures.
• Assists in other food outlets as needed.
