Job summary

Ultipro in Culver City, CA is seeking a Crew Person to join our restaurant team. You will help prepare food to our standards, serve guests warmly, and keep the dining area clean, safe, and inviting for everyone.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, enrolled in high school, and reliable with transportation. Flexible shifts, including opening or closing times, are available to fit school or other commitments.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures; delivers STAR service to Guests.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately; cleans and stocks the station; performs cleaning duties.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards; ensures hot, quality products.
• Handles all food products per company procedures; follows food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs; uses products, supplies and equipment appropriately.
• Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as required.
