Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to deliver a positive guest experience and help maintain quality food preparation at our Camarillo, CA location. You will work at an assigned station, uphold food safety, and assist with packaging and delivery of products according to Menu Standards.

The role requires high school enrollment (diploma preferred) and the ability to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts. Candidates must be at least 16 with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines to ensure Guests receive “SUPERSTAR Service”.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station areas.
• Ensures hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Handles all food products according to procedures; adheres to food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follows cash control guidelines to help minimize restaurant costs; uses products, supplies, equipment, and facilities properly.
• Demonstrates strong oral communication; communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
