Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a part-time team member to take orders, process payments, and prepare menu items in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accuracy, greet guests warmly, and maintain high cleanliness and service standards.

The role requires good communication, cash handling, and teamwork to support busy shifts and deliver excellent guest experiences at our New Jersey location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Must be able to read and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Operate register and handle cash/credit/gift cards.
• Prepare orders and maintain food quality and safety.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Provide menu information and resolve customer concerns.
• Assist team members to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
