Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Customer service experience and desire to grow in food industry strongly preferred.
• NYC Food Handlers License not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer friendly service to all guests.
• Take orders, maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations.
• Operate grill safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Handle payments using cash register; issue receipts and refunds.
• Assist customers with menu information and questions.
• Maintain register area neat and clean.
• Stock fountain machine and handle general cleaning.
• Work as part of a team to support other staff.
