Job summary

Five Guys is hiring for a part-time team member to provide engaging guest service at our New Jersey Chester location. You will take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean, efficient dining area while ensuring great food quality and customer satisfaction.

Experience in fast-paced food service is preferred. You will work as part of a team, operating a POS system and assisting customers with menu information and store policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to operate a cash register and POS accurately.

Responsibilities

• Offers friendly service to all guests.
• Takes customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Operates grill safely and efficiently.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in the dining area and register.
• Handles payments and issues receipts.
• Assists customers with menu information and questions.
• Reads prices and uses POS to calculate bills.
• Stock and maintain fountain machine.
• Works as a team member supporting other staff.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
