McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Cook to create cuisine that provides an exceptional dining experience for our guests in Savannah, GA. You will be responsible for kitchen setup, station preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and regular guest interaction to ensure memorable dining experiences.

The role requires preparing ingredients, following recipes, and assisting with ordering and inventory. A valid food handler card and the ability to obtain one, plus a flexible schedule, are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid food handler's card or ability to obtain one.
• Lawful ability to serve alcohol/handle beverages.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Experience following recipes, quality and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, portion, chop, and store food.
• Cook and prepare high-quality food within budget and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas before and after service.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory as directed by management.
• Interact with guests and provide attentive service according to company standards.
