P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant roles in California. The positions support dine-in and takeout operations, helping with bussing, food running, and side work while delivering a high standard of guest service.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($16.90–$18.90) plus tips and benefits, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. Applicants must be able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain it.

Responsabilités

• Guiding guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering.
• Understand the menu to identify items for takeout and catering, and guide guests on choices.
• Review orders with the Guest (pickup or delivery) to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver hospitality that anticipates and exceeds guests’ expectations.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, bussing dishes to the dishwasher station and resetting tables.
• Remove bus tubs from the bar to the kitchen dishwasher station.
• Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations.
• Understand seating layout and service areas to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout.
