Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas by cleaning and resetting tables.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health policies.
• Clear tables between courses and reset settings promptly.
• Refill water glasses and remain attentive to guest needs.
• Support servers by stocking service stations, condiments, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service areas, and bus stations.
• Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners as needed.
• Assist with closing duties including cleaning chairs, tables, and floors.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by leadership.
