Job summary

Genuine Hospitality Group is hiring a Busser to support the dining team. You will greet guests, deliver bread and water, and assist with clearing and resetting tables to ensure smooth service. The role requires strong communication and dependable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork, promptness and a professional appearance. This is an hourly, non-exempt position based in our Miami location, with opportunities to support during peak periods and in multi-server settings.

Qualifications

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in English.
• Clear communication with managers, kitchen and dining room staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they are seated and provide bread, butter and water.
• Remove used tableware between courses and refresh for the next course.
• Clear tables after guests and reset/table arrange as needed.
• Transport soiled tableware to dish room and sort silverware/dishes.
• Clean tabletops, chairs and booths between seatings; check floors.
• Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
• Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Assist server with food delivery during peak periods.
• Communicate guest requests to servers and hostess.
• Be punctual and available to fill in as directed by management.
