Job summary

American Golf Corporation seeks a Busser & Runner to support Front of House and Back of House operations. You will assist hosts and servers to ensure smooth service, keep dining areas organized, and help maintain a welcoming environment for guests and members.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to cleanliness, and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality exposure is valued, with opportunities to grow in the food & beverage field.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables
• Adheres to sanitation and safety policies
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to guest spills or other special needs
• Supports server by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers liners and service/bus stations
• Closes dining room by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors and removing trash and recyclables from the facility
• Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
