Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated team member to support daily dining operations at our world-class golf club in Naples, FL. You will help with lunch/dinner service hours, assist servers, and ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, professional demeanor, knowledge of wine and beverages, and the ability to perform well under pressure while delivering exceptional service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/customer-service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
• Collect and return dishes, glassware, silverware and other dining utensils to dish area for cleaning.
• Assist servers with food and beverage service as needed.
• Restock plates, silverware, napkins, beverages, and other supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining environment.
• Help set up and break down tables for regular service, banquets, and club events.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the clubhouse and dining areas.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to members and guests.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Work efficiently as part of the clubhouse food-service team.
