• Knows seating positions and assists with dining room arrangement.
• Sets tables with liners, plates, napkins and required items.
• Preps service area and ensures accurate delivery of food per ticket.
• Assists servers as needed and keeps workstations stocked.
• Cleans workstations, handles trash, and maintains dining room cleanliness.
• Adheres to safe work practices and participates in other duties as required.
