Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Busser/Runner to support the food and beverage operation by bussing and resetting tables, running food and beverages, and delivering friendly guest service.

You will work closely with BOH and FOH teams, maintain health and safety standards, handle takeout deliveries, and help guests with online ordering while keeping a valid SNHD Food Handler's card.

Qualifications

• Legal, unrestricted ability to work in the United States
• High school or equivalent education
• Clear written and verbal English communication
• Valid Food Handler Card and TABC certification (min 6 months remaining)
• Flexible schedule availability

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment including stocking of supplies and cleaning surfaces
• Deliver food and beverages and run food as needed
• Assist guests with online ordering and menu questions
• Clear tables and transport dishes to the dishwashing area
• Takeout orders delivery to customers at the outlet
• Explain basic dish and beverage details at delivery time
• Adhere to SNHD health and safety standards and keep Food Handler's card on person
