Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Busser/Runner to support our food and beverage operation by bussing and resetting tables, running food and beverages, and providing friendly, timely service to guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities include cleaning and stocking, assisting guests with menus and online ordering, delivering takeout, and maintaining SNHD sanitation standards while working with BOH and FOH teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• Current, legal right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear English communication (verbal and written).
• SNHD Food Handler's card and applicable beverage certifications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment including stocking supplies and cleaning areas.
• Run food and beverages and clear tables for guests.
• Assist guests with re-ordering, online ordering, and menu questions.
• Deliver takeout orders to customers at the outlet.
• Follow SNHD sanitation and safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with BOH and FOH staff to ensure seamless service.
