Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Busser to maintain clean, polished tables by clearing, resetting, and sanitizing in accordance with SNHD guidelines. You will support seamless service between BOH and FOH and help ensure quick turnover for guests.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, a Food Handler Card and current TABC certification, plus at least two months of related experience. A team player with strong communication and the ability to stay positive under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
• Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure items are fully stocked and equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow SNHD regulations and standards.
• Work cooperatively and effectively in a team.
• Maintain clean and safe work area for self and other team members.
• Participate in seamless operation between BOH + FOH staff to ensure proper service to guests.
• Report health and safety incidents to leadership in a timely manner.

Education

High School education or equivalent
