Job summary

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Cashier to take orders, serve food and beverages, and guide guests through the ordering process to boost sales.

You will greet guests, maintain a clean outlet, educate on the menu, handle cash and POS transactions, and ensure compliance with age-verification and safety standards.

A high school diploma and valid Food Handler Card/TIPS are required; comfortable working a flexible schedule in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Card and TIPS certification valid for at least 6 months.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• English communication proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
• Greet guests and guide them through the ordering process to maximize sales.
• Maintain outlet in a clean, organized, and presentable state.
• Educate guests about the menu and daily specials.
• Handle cash and process payments via POS system.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and check IDs as required.
• Restock supplies and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
