Shamin Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support our Food and Beverage team. You will help assemble and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring items are well-stocked and presented according to brand standards.

The role requires friendly guest service and attention to detail during busy morning hours. Responsibilities include inventory, food preparation for items like coffee and fruit, and clearing tables between guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to guests.
• Set up and maintain breakfast bar per brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Arrange cold foods like pastries and cereals.
• Clear and clean tables as needed.
• Prepare and set up hot foods.
• Restock items during breakfast and for the next day.
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
