Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets and keep the buffet stocked.
• Set up and maintain breakfast bar according to brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies for the day.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Arrange cold foods like pastries and cereals; warm items as needed.
• Clear and clean tables; wash serving equipment and store properly.
• Restock items throughout breakfast hours and prepare for the next day.
