Midas Hospitality is seeking a friendly Bistro Attendant to join the Food & Beverage team at our St. Louis area property. This role provides prompt, courteous service to hotel guests and customers, contributing to a welcoming dining experience.

The ideal candidate has guest-service orientation, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment. PT position with opportunities to support room service and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hotel, food service, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously; provide attentive food and beverage service throughout the dining experience.
• Take accurate orders; accommodate guest requests and special needs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and offerings; answer questions and make recommendations.
• Suggestively sell and upsell restaurant, lounge, and beverage items.
• Process guest checks and payments; follow cash-handling procedures.
