Midas Hospitality is seeking a friendly Bartender to support our Food & Beverage operations. This role focuses on preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and processing guest transactions to provide a welcoming experience for hotel guests and patrons.

The ideal candidate enjoys fast-paced guest service, follows safety and sanitation standards, and promotes menu items in a professional manner while delivering outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must meet the legal age requirement to prepare and serve alcohol in the state of operation.
• Ability to perform bartender duties safely and accurately.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and sanitation best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests promptly and provide welcoming service.
• Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Mix, prepare, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Process guest payments accurately for all transactions.
• Follow age verification and alcohol service requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Order, restock, and organize bar supplies as needed.
• Promote menu items and specials to guests in a professional manner.
• Take ownership of guest concerns and resolve issues with leadership involvement when needed.
