Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hotel, food service, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet applicable legal age requirements for alcohol service.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly and courteously with attentive service.
• Take accurate orders and accommodate guest requests.
• Know menu items, specials, and offerings.
• Answer questions and make recommendations based on preferences.
• Upsell restaurant, lounge, and beverage items.
• Process checks and payments following cash-handling procedures.
