P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Irvine, is hiring bartenders to join our core team in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment. You will craft and serve cocktails, beverages, and garnishes while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.

We promote from within, offer flexible scheduling, and provide paid on-the-job training. Applicants must be 21+, with Food Handler’s Card and strong customer service skills to thrive in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card, or ability to obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Mixes and serves PF Chang’s beverages, including garnishes.
• Operates and cleans bar equipment; assists with inventories and restocking beverages.
• Understands seating layout and server areas to deliver food efficiently.
• Collaborates with the service team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learns to set and clear tables neatly and efficiently per company standards.
• Follows procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
