P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring bartenders to join our team. Our Bartenders are core team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, crafting cocktails, and maintaining bar operations in a fast-paced dining environment.

We welcome individuals who can provide outstanding service, work collaboratively with peers, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Immediate openings are available for both full-time and part-time roles with benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Strong hospitality approach and guest interaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining room.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality experience to guests by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes and garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment, assist in inventories and restocking of beverages.
• Understand seating layout and how to deliver food efficiently within the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear tables neatly according to restaurant specifications.
• Follow procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
