P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Bartenders. As core team members in a scratch kitchen restaurant, Bartenders deliver an exceptional guest experience through remarkable hospitality.

The role requires making alcoholic beverages, managing bar duties, and ensuring all guests have their needs met. Excellent customer service skills and adherence to safety and sanitation practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes.
• Operate and cleans bar equipment and assist in inventories of beverages.
• Understand restaurant seating layout and delivery processes.
• Partner with hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
