Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentiveness.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following cash-handling and safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou standards.
• Anticipates guests' needs and acts proactively.
• Makes product recommendations grounded in knowledge.
• Shows leadership when required and asks for help when needed.
