Caribou Coffee is looking for a Team Member to deliver day-making guest experiences and craft world-class beverages. You will embody our purpose and values in every guest interaction, learning the menu, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests and practicing active listening.
• Anticipates guest needs and solves guest opportunities with product knowledge and hospitality.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOP and heats/prepares food offerings.
• Folds between barista and guest service, manages cash drawer and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization standards to ensure a well-run store.
• Takes direction from leaders and shows up as a reliable team player.
