Caribou Coffee is seeking a Team Member to help create day-making experiences through outstanding guest service and hand-crafted beverages. You’ll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and bring Caribou’s purpose to life in every interaction.

The position is ideal for someone who is 16 years or older, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to learn as part of a supportive team. Training is provided, and shift flexibility is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, tailoring to Guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Anticipates needs for Guests and teammates and acts proactively.
• Offers product recommendations grounded in real knowledge.
