Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service, craft world-class beverages, and uphold the brand's purpose in every interaction. You’ll float between roles on the floor, assist guests, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

The position requires availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with a minimum age of 16. Restaurant/retail experience is a plus, and a strong team mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some Holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests and practicing active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures.
• Heats, prepares, and serves food offerings to Caribou SOPs.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following all cash handling policies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization standards in-store.
