Caribou Coffee is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service, craft world-class beverages, and embody our Purpose and Values in every interaction. You will work across roles to support a busy store and delight guests with warmth and hospitality.

Responsibilities include crafting drinks, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, well-run environment. This role requires a 16+ age and flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing relationships with guests.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou beverages per SOPs.
• Floats between barista and guest service and fulfills team duties.
• Takes guest orders and follows cash handling policies.
• Keeps the store clean and organized as part of standard procedures.
• Brings Caribou Core Values to life in every interaction.
